Today, we’re making a gut-friendly, nutrient-packed Postbiotic Carrot Dressing with R’s KOSO. This dressing is not only delicious but also supports digestion and gut health.

Ingredients

Carrot 1/2 large

R's KOSO original 1 tablespoon/R's KOSO lower sugar 2 teaspoons

Extra virgin olive oil 4 tablespoons

Apple cider vinegar 2 tablespoons

Salt 1 teaspoon

Black pepper 1/4 teaspoon


Instructions

1. Peel and grate carrot

2. Combine all the ingredients 

3. Drizzle it over your favorite salad, steamed vegetables, or roasted dishes
