【RECIPE】Postbiotic Carrot Cake Bites

Today, we've got a treat that's not only delicious but also packed with gut-loving nutrients. Get ready to make beautiful postbiotic carrot cake bites with R’s KOSO.




R's KOSO  1 tablespoon (R's KOSO lower sugar 2 teaspoons)
Rolled oats  70 grams
9 small dates
Walnuts   30 grams 
Hemp seeds   30 grams 
A quarter of a carrot 
Almond butter  1 tablespoon
Coconut shreds  1/4 cup


1. Soak dates for 10 minutes.

2. Chop walnuts and soaked dates. Grate carrot. 

3. Combine almond butter, cinnamon powder, and R’s KOSO in a bowl.

4. Add rolled oats, dates, walnuts, hemp seeds, and carrots into the bowl. Give it a good mix.

5. With our mixture ready, it's time to get hands-on. Take small portions and roll them into your desired bite-sized balls.  

6. For the finishing touch, roll these delightful bites in some coconut shreds.
