Thick and creamy probiotic smoothie bowl recipe by certified holistic nutritionist Eriko. Are you ready for the beach?

Not only R's KOSO, but banana and blueberry are great sources of prebiotics that feed good bacteria in your gut. Try this tasty treat that will satisfy your sweet tooth and support gut health. 

 

Ingredients (Serve 1)

1 medium frozen banana

1 cup of frozen blueberries

1/4 cup of plain yogurt (or plant-based yogurt)

1 tablespoon of R's KOSO

 

[Toppings]

Pumpkin seeds

Shredded coconut

Hemp seeds

 

Direction

1, Add all the ingredients to the high-speed blender and blend on low until it is smooth (If your blender is not powerful enough, you might have to add a little more yogurt or some liquid such as almond milk)

2, Transfer smoothie into a bowl and add toppings
