【RECIPE】Probiotic green smoothie with R's KOSO

Probiotic green smoothie recipe by certified holistic nutritionist Eriko.

Sometimes you don't have time to enjoy a nutritious breakfast in the morning. This smoothie is not only delicious and easy to make, but also packed with healthy fats, protein, fibre, antioxidants, probiotics, prebiotics, and postbiotics. 



Ingredients (1 serving)

R's KOSO 1 tablespoon

Greek yogurt 1/4 cup

Spinach 1 cup

Avocado 1/4

Banana 1/2

Cacao nibs 1 teaspoon



Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth!

*Add some water if you need
