【RECIPE】Postbiotic pumpkin smoothie

This smoothie contains lots of gut-healthy nutrients.

As you know, R’s KOSO contains probiotics, prebiotics, and postbiotics to support our gut health.

This smoothie is made with pumpkin puree and banana. Some fiber and sugar in pumpkin and banana become foods for good bacteria in our body and support our gut health.

This smoothie is not only healthy and tasty, but it’s super easy to make. 

Go ahead and give in to your pumpkin cravings. You are going to love this smoothie!

 

Recipe

Ingredients (1 servings)

Pumpkin puree 1/2 cup

Frozen banana 1/2 cup (1 medium banana)

Plain greek yogurt 1/4 cup

Nut butter of your choice 1 tablespoon

R’s KOSO original 1 tablespoon (or R’s KOSO lower sugar 2 teaspoons)

Cinnamon powder 1/4 teaspoon (or Pumpkin pie spice powder)

 

Instruction

1. Add everything into a blender and blend until smooth

2. Add some nut milk or water if it is too thick

3. Pour into a glass and enjoy
