R's KOSO Subscription Cancellation Policy
Automatic renewal. When you choose a subscription (for example, “Subscribe & Save”), your subscription continues and renews automatically until you cancel. Your payment method is charged the subscription price shown at checkout (plus any applicable shipping and taxes) for your first order, and then the same amount automatically every 30, 60 or 90 days, according to the delivery frequency you selected, until you cancel.
Cancel online anytime. You can cancel online at any time, without contacting us:
- Go to Manage Subscription: https://rskoso.com/tools/recurring/login
- Enter your email address and the one-time login code we send you.
- Open your subscription and select “Cancel subscription.”
You may also cancel by emailing us at hello@rskoso.com.
Timing. To avoid being charged for your next order, please cancel by the day before your next charge date. Cancellation stops all future charges. Orders that were already charged before you cancelled are not affected.
No cancellation fees. There is no fee to cancel, and we do not charge any price difference when you cancel.
