Ingredients (1~2 serving)

Small cucumber 1

Celery 1 stick

Hemp seeds/sesame seeds 1 teaspoon



R's KOSO 1/2 tablespoon

Soy sauce 1 tablespoon

Rice vinegar 1 tablespoon

Garlic chopped 1/2 teaspoon

Dried red chili pepper 1/2 teaspoon



1 teaspoon of sesame oil

1 chopped umeboshi plum

Dried seaweed

Dried bonito flake



1, Smash cucumber and cut into small pieces

2, Slice celery

3, Remove excess water from cucumber and celery using a kitchen towel

4, Combine all the ingredients for the dressing in a bowl

5, Add cucumber and celery into 4


Add this to salad, poke, noodles, rice... or enjoy this by itself :)
