Bananas contain resistant starch and pectins that act as probiotics. They are fermented by beneficial bacteria that produce butyrate, a short-chain fatty acid that promotes gut health.
Ingredients (Serve 1)
R's KOSO 1 Tablespoon
1 Banana
Butter 1/2 Tablespoon
A pinch of Sea Salt
Instruction
1. Slice the bananas into 1/2-inch slices
2. Set a pan over medium heat
3. Add all of the banana slices to the pan
4. Cook until golden. 2~3 minutes on each side
5. Drizzle R's KOSO over the banana and add a pinch of sea salt.
