【RECIPE】Fig sauce magic: Transform baked mackerel with postbiotics

Today, we're combining gut health with gourmet flavors in a simple recipe: Postbiotic Fig and Tomato Sauce, paired with perfectly grilled mackerel. This dish is not only delicious but also supports your digestion and overall well-being. 

 

Recipe

Ingredients

2 dried figs, chopped

2 medium tomatoes (diced)

R’s KOSO 1 tablespoon

Olive oil 1 teaspoon

A pinch of salt


 

Instructions

1. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Once it’s warm, add the chopped figs and tomatoes. Stir gently and let them cook for about 2 minutes until they’re soft and the flavors meld together.

2. Place fig sauce on a grilled mackerel and pour R's KOSO

 

We’re keeping it simple, but this sauce is packed with flavor and nutrition. The natural sweetness of figs and the umami from tomatoes create a perfect balance.
