【HEALTHY GUT RECIPE】Postbiotic Tropical Green Smoothie

Spinach

Recipe (2 servings)

Ingredients

R's KOSO original 1 tablespoon (R's KOSO lower sugar 2 teaspoons)

Spinach 1 cup

Frozen pineapple 1 cup

Frozen banana 1/2

Almond butter 1/2 tablespoon

Almond milk 1 cup (more as needed to blend)

 

 

Instructions

1. In a blender, add the spinach, frozen banana, frozen pineapple, almond butter, R’s KOSO, and the almond milk and blend until smooth, adding more almond milk as needed to blend.

2. Taste and add more frozen fruit or R’s KOSO if you’d like your smoothie to be sweeter.
