【RECIPE】Only 3 ingredients! High Protein Postbiotic Ice Cream

Third Sunday in July is national ice cream day (July 16, 2023). Try this high protein postbiotic R's KOSO ice cream to celebrate your health!

This ice cream contains probiotics, prebiotics, and postbiotics to support your gut health and balance your body and mind. 

It also contains nutrients from R's KOSO. It contains more than a hundred kinds of foods such as vegetables, fruits, herbs, seaweeds, and mushrooms. It is fermented for over one year. 

You get more protein from this R's KOSO ice cream than regular ice cream. Regular ice cream usually contains about 5g of protein per cup. This R's KOSO ice cream contains about 12g of protein per cup.



Ingredients (Serve 2)

Cottage cheese 1 cup

Mango 1/2 cup

R's KOSO Lower Sugar   1 tablespoon (You can substitute it for 1 tablespoon of R's KOSO original)



1. Add cottage cheese, mango, and R’s KOSO lower sugar to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy

2. Add mixture into a container and place in the freezer for about 4 hours, or until hard

3. Remove from the freezer, and let it soften for 5-10 minutes until you can easily scoop it
