Ingredients (Serve 2)
Beet 1 medium
R's KOSO 1 tablespoon
Rice vinegar 1 tablespoon
Sesame seed oil 1/2 tablespoon
Green onion 2~3 inches
Sesame 1/2 teaspoon
1, Preheat the oven to 350 F. Combine all the ingredients for the dressing
2, Cover the beets with the aluminum foil and bake until fork-tender (About one hour depending on the size of a beet)
3, Slice beet and put on the plate
4, Pour some dressing and sprinkle sesame seeds and green onion
