How to do 5-Day R's KOSO Cleanse?
Before your first cleanse:
Try to adjust your diet especially 1 to 2 days before the cleanse. We suggest you avoid the following foods: red meat, fish, dairy products, processed foods, fatty foods, deep-fried food, sweets, gluten, sugar, caffeine, and alcohol.
During the 5-Day Cleanse
This 5-Day reboot will remove toxins and inflammation from your body and build back your gut’s healthy (good) bacteria.
During the cleanse, mix 30ml /1oz of R's KOSO with ½ cup of filtered or sparkling water, 3–5 times a day.
We recommend that you drink at least 2 liters of water a day to help cleanse your body.
It is suggested that you do not consume food or any other drinks (tea, alcohol, juice, coffee) during this time. It is important to follow this regimen.
We understand that some of you may feel tired, hungry or even irritable. It is natural as your body is going through withdrawal of sugar, carbs, fats, or alcohol and is working hard to clean itself. Therefore, we suggest you do it during the weekend or at a time when you can rest during the day.
After your first cleanse:

You may go back to eating the way you did before the cleanse. We suggest you do the R's KOSO 5-Day Cleanse every 2 months.
