I love to take it on the go as my daily supplements, and it keeps me feeling energized and balanced throughout the day.
I’m obsessed with this stuff from the start! I love plum and fermented things like this, plus getting so many plants in one sip. I don’t like diluting it as recommended, I prefer it full strength.

I was pleasantly surprised when trying this product for the first time. It tastes great (I bought the sweetened) but what really surprised me was how much it helped reduce the bloating I had been experiencing just from eating. I was skeptical as fermented products often can make it worse. I just wish it wasn’t so expensive. That said, if you’re having it as a daily supplement, it’s only 1/2oz a day. I plan to purchase it again but when I can afford a bottle as opposed to the trial size pack.

My husband and I shared our first bottle of Koso recently and one bottle wasn’t enough! We each drank one ounce per day mixed with sparkling water. He had his in the morning, and I had mine in the late afternoon. I used Koso to replace my daily cocktail! I am happy to report that it helped! I believe if I had a bottle per week to myself, I could completely quit alcohol! Thus, I ordered more bottles.
What a great way to heal the gut!

It didn't do anything for my mom
I originally purchased the travel sized version just to see how I would feel. I can say that I am regular and not bloated and feel much better. I did not experience cramping like I had before with otc remedies. I like to take this first thing in the morning with room temperature water. I actually enjoy the taste because it reminds me of a sour plum drink. I have already signed up for a subscription as I feel that this is an investment in my health.
My husband and I have been having this for breakfast for a while now and it has done great things for our guts! The taste is also great. I like to have it with some warm water. Already increased our subscription to 2 bottles. I would recommend.

Tastes really good with sparkling water. Not as hungry either. I definitely do recommend.

I suffer from challenges with my stomach and struggle with pain when eating most foods. My hair shows it when my absorption of vitamins are off and despite taking vitamins and eating the ideal diet, I still struggle to find success. So I tried the 3 day cleanse, but took it longer (14 days) - Sugar Free Koso, because I truly needed a reset. It allowed my stomach to restore and heal. This was an awesome experience for me because most cleanses contain lemons which I am highly sensitive to and lots of sugar by way of lfruits which defeated the purpose. So this drink was truly just what I needed. I’ve now returned back to my normal still including a daily intake of Koso as a multi-vitamin and things are so much better. I’m also able to manage a more healthy balanced diet. Thank you!!!!

I began to experience signs of not so great gut health(skin issues, bloating).
I had been using Dr. OOhira's but when I relocated to Europe two years ago, it became difficult to have it delivered. I stumbled on Reggie's youtube channel and she mentioned it. Like Dr. Ohhira the products are rooted in Japanese fermentation tradition. OMG what a delightful treat. I add it to water and it's delicious. I actually look forward to taking it every morning. It's been about 3 weeks and I have noticed my skin is much better and I don't feel or look bloated. Just became a subscriber!!
It’s been more than a month since my husband and myself start drinking koso. This month I have less bloating and less swelling before my menstrual period. I also have more energy especially in the afternoon after work.
I prefer smaller bottles and wish the unsweetened came in smaller bottles
I put a tablespoon in my morning nutrition shakes. I feel the ingredients are really healthy.
I tried the mildest dose one time and had severe bloating and gas and mobility issues. so i stopped using it. I had an after taste of the liquid in the back of my throat 36 hours later. It also seemed too sweet for me. I love the idea of what it promises, but my system could not handle it nor was able to see any good results.
