【RECIPE】Postbiotic strawberry cheesecake overnight oats

Did you know July 30 is national cheesecake day? Let's celebrate one of the sweetest days of the year with this "postbiotic strawberry cheesecake overnight oats"! 

Prepare this a night before, so you can get some extra sleep in the morning. It takes only five minutes to make.

You will get about 10g of protein and 5g of fiber per serving as well as prebiotics, probiotics, and postbiotics to support your gut health from this postbiotic strawberry cheesecake overnight oats.



Ingredients (Serve 2)

R's KOSO Lower Sugar   2 teaspoons (You can substitute it for 1 tablespoon of R's KOSO original)

Rolled oats 1/2 cup

Chia seeds 1 tablespoon

Yogurt 1/2 cup

Cottage cheese 3 tablespoon

Date 1 small (chopped)

Fresh or frozen strawberries 3~5 berries

A pinch of salt



1. Combine all the ingredients

2. Add mixture into a jar and place in the fridge overnight


Enjoy this healthy and nutritious breakfast that tastes like dessert to kickstart your morning!
