Today, we’re making a nourishing and warming dessert "Steamed Pear with Black Sesame". This is a traditional recipe infused with the benefits of R’s KOSO to support digestion and overall wellness.

Ingredients:
R’s KOSO 1 tablespoon (or 2 teaspoons if using the lower-sugar version)
1 Asian pear
Jujubes 2 to 3 large (or 5 to 6 small ones)
Ginger 1 slice
Dried orange peel 1 piece
Sesame seeds 1 teaspoon
Water 50ml
Instructions:
1. Wash and core the Asian pear, creating a small cavity in the center.
2. Stuff the pear with sesame seeds before steaming to enhance its flavor and nutritional benefits.
3. Place the pear in a heatproof bowl, and add 50ml of water, jujube, ginger, and dried orange peel to the bowl for natural sweetness and warmth.
4. Steam for 20~30 minutes until the pear is tender and fragrant.
5. Once the pear is soft, add R’s KOSO.
