【RECIPE】Postbiotic Pumpkin Latte

Pumpkin is a great source of soluble fiber. It feeds the good bacteria that live in your large intestine. Soluble fiber also improves both constipation and diarrhea by normalizing bowel function.

Pumpkin is also rich in beta-carotene. Beta-carotene is an antioxidant. It is converted to vitamin A in our body. Vitamin A plays an important role in maintaining a healthy intestinal lining. The intestinal lining is important as it keeps undigested foods, toxins, and bacteria from entering our body and causing inflammation. 

Enjoy this delicious pumpkin latte with real pumpkin :)

 

Recipe (1 serving)

Ingredients 

R’s KOSO 1 tablespoon

Espresso 1 shot

Pumpkin puree 1 tablespoon

Unsweetened almond milk 1 cup

Cinnamon powder 1/4 teaspoon

Vanilla extract 1/4 teaspoon

 

Instruction

1. In a mug, mix together all the ingredients except milk

2. Steam milk and add it to the drink
