Kiwi is low in calories and it is a delicious source of fiber. It’s also known for its high content of vitamin C. 

Vitamin C is a strong antioxidant. It helps protect our cells from oxidative stress. It also plays a vital role in our immune system, collagen production, and iron absorption.

Kiwi 1

Orange 1/2

Lime 1/2

Carbonated water 1 cup

R's KOSO 1 Tablespoon



1. Mash the kiwi and add it to the glass

2. Add fresh squeezed orange juice, lime juice, R's KOSO, carbonated water

3. Stir and enjoy :)
